OLYMPUS MEGAPLEX
Olympus Megaplex as a Entertainment & Shopping destination.
Olympus Megaplex with a total complex capacity of 1 million square foot and around 3,000 employment opportunities is going to be an enormous asset to any region in South Florida.
On the ground floor, in the center of the complex, Olympus Megaplex will house the areas biggest amphitheater namely Olympus Amphitheater. Olympus Amphitheater, with its 10,000 square foot stage and accommodation for over 150,000 people; will be host to some of the biggest names in the world! The stage will be strategically placed to insure optimal visibility for all who attend.
On the second level, on the amphitheater side, there will be stadium seating for our major events. This seating will be similar to seating at a football stadium. This will enable Olympus Amphitheater to accommodate more patrons for events.
On the ground floor adjacent to the amphitheater in the center of the complex, will be Club Tsunami. Club Tsunami, will be the ultimate beach party with enormous wade pools, live music, and numerous bars strategically placed. Similar to Rehab in Las Vegas, Club Tsunami will keep the party going until the sun goes down!
Lining the outer perimeter of Olympus Megaplex, will be retail space. This area will house a variety of vendors from clothing and jewelry, to electronics and tatoo shops. This space will be rented based on a zero dollar lease and will be on a profit share basis to attract multiple vendors all around South Florida.
In all four corners of the megaplex there will be food courts, offering a variety of cuisines. This will ensure that no matter where you are in the complex, a meal is just steps away.
On the third level of the Megaplex we will have luxurious Sky Boxes. On the amphitheater side, they will be leased out on a yearly or event basis. On the Club Tsunami side of the complex, they will be used for staff office space.
On the top story, Olympus Megaplex will host four massive Nightclubs namely Club SIN, Club Mayhem, The Asylum, and Area 51. Each Nightclub will have a completely unique and separate ambiance, to cater to all of our party goers.
These clubs will have massive angled windows overlooking the entire complex. When the amphitheater has major events, we will offer "club passes" allowing patrons to not only enjoy the event, but enjoy an invigorating club experience as well.
